The Beatles Please Please Me LP UK 4th Mono Press SUPER AUDIO! [Ex/Ex].

An original early 4th Mono press on UK Parlophone label. Matrix 1N/1N. The labels are correct 4th.... with NO 'Sold In The UK'. 'Parlophone' at perimeter and 'Record 1st Pub' IS present. Which means it would have probably been on for sale early summer 1963 [at the height of Beatlemania]. The heavy-set vinyl comes in an original 1963 Mono cover by E J Day. We also have the original Emitex inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. 

Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. A couple of light marks per side, and one superficial trail -  but nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback.  Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Hardly any sign of background even in the quieter tracks on side 2.

Highly recommended.

Cover (Vg+) Very nice relatively unaged front with just a couple of thumbnail creases. The rear is in excellent condition. Many of these original '63 copies will be pretty aged by this point in time. Slight 2 c.m. tear bottom  rear opening. No problem. Flipbacks are secure -  Spine is 95% intact - slight wear at extremes. Overall the cover still retains excellent rigidity.

Inner (Vg+) Some ageing. No spits.
