Description
For auction is a hard to find Beatles Please Please Me 1st Pressing Mono LP. The vinyl plays fine, with no clicks, just some minor sounds between songs. It has marks on both sides, although no deep scratches. It is in quite good condition. It has the matrix numbers, side 1 XEX 421-1N, side 2 XEX 422-1N. The mother number on side 1 is a number 2, side 2 it is a number 1. The stamper on side 1 reads GA, side 2 it reads G1.1, Im not 100% on this, it could be an N, although it does look more like a decimal point. Side 1 label is in good condition, with no major wear. It has the Dick James Mus Co credits. Side 2 label has a slight scuff just above the L of Parlophone, condition is quite good. The sleeve itself is intact, however someone has written on the back in pen, and there are what looks like pinholes on both the front and back of the cover. The spine is ok and has no splits. The rear bottom right corner has some lift, as seen. All other corners have minor wear. On the back cover at about half way up on the left hand side, there is a small tear, about 5mm. It has the correct Angus McBean alignment on the front bottom right corner, just to the right of the second s in songs. It comes with the Emitex sleeve. I have done my best to describe this LP.
