Description
The Beatles - Please Please Me - Original UK Mono Pressing - PMC 1202 - "Dick James" labels
Condition
Side One - XEX 421-1N. GO stamped at four o'clock and 2 at ten o'clock Side Two - XEX 422-1N. H stamped at eleven o'clock and 1 at four o'clock
The vinyl is in lovely condition, retaining all of it's original beautiful sheen. Under my halogen downlights I can see some minor evidence of sleeve removal, a couple of scuffs and a couple of non feelable needle trails. Grades conservatively as VG+
The labels have some spindle trails. Grades as EX
The Ernest J Day Sleeve is in excellent condition. Slight creasing, minor ageing and a scuff on the back. Grades as EX
The Emitex inner Sleeve is stunning. Strong and sturdy, minor creasing/ringwear only. Grades as EX A stunning black/gold Please Please Me
Please note that I visually grade under halogen downlighters. This shows every mark as ordinary bulbs and sunlight can make the most scratched record look mint!
