Description
The Beatles - Please Please Me (Parlophone 1963 PMC 1202 - 1965-1969 mono repress)
Sixth pressing, July 1965 until August 1969 (Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide).
Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. Emitex, Plain white or Sepia “LP advertising” inner sleeve. "Sold In U.K..." Text to labels.
Small mono on front cover, made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd on back cover, Angus McBean credit on front cover 20mm from edge with credit text starting under the letter g of "Songs".

Sleeve is in decent condition with mild creases on laminated front, and a little corner wear. Spine is square and entirely readable. Flipback back cover has a little grubbiness at the opening edge and some minor marks.
Vinyl has plenty of hairlines and the odd mark but no feelable scratches. It plays VG++ to Excellent. Labels are genuinely excellent with very minor spindle wear.
Original advertising inner sleeve has no seam splits and only some very minor marks.
This is an excellent copy, and a nice find for collectors.
