Description
You are bidding on a copy of the much sought after Beatles stereo LP from the UK (The first black and gold label): Please Please Me. The British Parlophone catalog number is PCS 3042. The condition of the cover is VG++. There are no seam splits or writing and the spine is in beautiful condition. The flipbacks are undamaged. There is some creasing from handling, slight wear on the corners and some spotting on the rear. The disc plays VG+. As many of you know, the sound of these early UK stereo pressings is phenomenal.

On Mar-02-04 at 10:37:02 PST, seller added the following information: This record is one of the earliest pressed having the mother #1 on both sides in the 9 o'clock position of the trail-off area and the stamper code of "G" on side 1 and "R" on side 2 in the 3 o'clock position. The matrix numbers are YEX 94-1 and YEX 95-1 for sides 1 & 2 respectively.price rating
