Notes
Here we have a genuine rarity , the Danish original 1st pressing of The Beatles Dubut album, the reason you don't see many of these, is basically because there wasn't many pressed ! Only a tiny amount were made on the Gold label before quickly changing to the Silver parlophone variant. Suprisingly this example is not a badly beaten up one and allthough it does have many surface marks to each side and the odd tiny scratch, it does still have a glossy shine to both playing surfaces and plays well , yes there are a couple of jumps and clicks etc but certainly way above the average condition most of these debut 1st pressing are found in !
The EJD Cover is suprisingly clean , the rear panel is almost perfectly white with no tainting or nasty stains , amazing !!!
COVER : EX- Original laminated front, 3 flipbacked Ernest J Day has survived very well indeed , I can't remember the last time I've seen such a clean rear panel on this type of cover. The spine is also solid and unspoilt or split . The laminated front still shines and has no lifting or bubbles, the only issues with this clean cover is wear to the corners ! very clean example.
INNER SLEEVE : VG+ Original Emitex inner sleeve, again very clean with just some storage creases and splits to the edges.
VINYL : VG- / VG- Both sides do have many surface marks and the odd tiny scratch, which does cause pops, clicks and the odd jump. However it's still a nice presentable example when compaired to the majority of these debut albums , the wax still has a glossy shine and no foxing or nasty scratches, most of the visible marks are harmless / careless handling marks and don't affect the audio. Yes it has obviously been played alot but it's not a beaten up example !
