Bargain you ask? yes I answer, reason being I and it hasn't got a cover. I've had this for a while now, always intending to get an E.D. cover for it, but you know how it is, you put it at the back of your record case and it stays there for a few years, anyway back to the business end or I'll go on for ages, the vinyl has some scuffs and some light scratches. How it plays I don't know I haven't played it for ages, it played alright the last time I played it, but anything could of happened in the box, so for that reason I will say it is VG.
