RARE UK 4th press LP by The Beatles titled "Please Please Me". This mono copy is pressed on the very collectible yellow and black Parlophone label. This is a rare 4th press copy with large mono text on sleeve, no "sold in UK...." text on label, but has "recording first published 1963" text on label. The laminated flipback sleeve is printed by Garrod & Lofthouse.
VINYL - Both sides of the record are in VG condition. They are a few light superficial surface marks (nothing serious). NO clicks and of course there are NO Skips, NO Jumps, NO Sticking. There is a slight warp in the record, but this in NO way effects the record during playback, other than this the album plays really well with little to no background noise.
SLEEVE - The laminated flipback sleeve is in VG condition. There is some minor spine wear (text is all readable), and minor edge wear. There are also a couple of tiny/light creases. There is a little yellowing to rear of sleeve and a small stain on the bottom part of the flipback. NO tears/rips, NO splits. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. Still has retain its lovely glossy shine (see photo's).
LABELS - The labels are in EX+ condition. Just a light trace of spindle marks, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
INNER – The original company EMITEX inner is in Good condition. NO splits, however there are a couple of small tears from the centre hole, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them, so you know they have been well looked after. Will be listing many more over the coming months, so please feel free to drop by and see what I have listed.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
Record will be sent out in plastic protective outer sleeve which it has been stored in.
