The Beatles - 'Please Please Me'
A reasonable example of this -1N/-1N matrix pressing, which is becoming increasingly desirable. Collectors will know that the quality of this pressing is considerably higher than later reissues. Therefore, this will make a really nice addition to a collection.
Cover: G+: Remains structurally sound with some signs of useage. Tape residue towards the openings (see photos) and a small (non-binding) staple to the front top right. Laminate holds quite well with little to no lifting. Spine is legible. Colours are still bright and vibrant with little fading. Back cover (in addition to tape residue) has some discolouration. Overall, still a reasonable example of what is naturally a delicate cover.
Vinyl: G+/VG-: signs of use, with a number of wispy hairline marks, and a few other more visual marks. Not an archive copy, but will still provide a good listening experience despite occasional waves of surface noise. Some tracks will perform better than others (in terms of surface noise, ticks etc.) but most should sound fine for a casual listen. I did briefly play a few seconds of some tracks, and they did sound pretty good still - with the music cutting through any surface noise once it got going.
