This rare collectable item is in Excellent condition. I would rate it using Record Collector's grading system as follows:-

Side 2 Excellent
Cover Very Good Slight tear where a label has been removed just below the 1st Please at the top of the front cover. Cover Garrod and Lofthouse
I have cleaned both sides on my professional Keith Monks record cleaning machine to ensure this record is completely clean and its dynamics can be enjoyed to the full.
