Description
Original UK 1st pressing of the classic 2nd single by The Beatles - Please Please Me / Ask me why on the red Parlophone label, issued in 1963.
The vinyl has hairlines, marks and scuffs but plays through without any skips or sticking. There is some surface noise on Side 1 but it's not really noticeable once the music kicks in and I would grade it VG to VG+. Side 2 has some more noticeable scratches and scuffs and plays with some tics - I would grade it Good at best.
Both labels are in VG+ to Excellent condition, with no tears, writing or major werar.
MPT tax code in the run-off on both sides.
The vinyl is housed in an original 1960s Parlophone 'candy stripe' company paper sleeve with only minor wear and no seam splits.
Sensible offers welcome. 99p start for this rare Beatles collectable, with no reserve!
