Catalog No. "MMT-1" and the word "MONO" are printed at the upper corner of the back cover.

Both the front and back covers are laminated, and inner pockets hold the two 7 inch EP disks.

On the inner pocket, the old Apple mark, which looks like a drawing and the word "Apple Presents" is printed.

The Parlophone logo mark and the company name "E.M.I. RECORDS (The Gramophone Company Ltd.)" are printed on the inside of the picture sleeve.

The printer name "Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd." is printed at the bottom of the inside of the picture sleeve.

The first pressings have

(1)Silver Parlophone logo

(2) Capitalized GRAMOPHONE rim

(3) "(P) 1967" statement

(4)With "SOLD IN U.K." statement

all present and correct here!

A 24 page book, plus a sheet of lyrics, is stapled into the middle. The lyric sheet is on light blue paper, unlike later issues which were printed on yellow paper.

SLEEVE: Rated VERY GOOD - There is very minor wear near the bottom of the spine on the gatefold sleeve but otherwise fine.

VINYL: Rated VERY GOOD - both records retain a pleasing lustre. Light surface scratches here and there but nothing major.

LABELS: Rated VERY GOOD - No writing or annotations.
