Description
The Beatles 'Rubber Soul' Parlophone Scarce UK Mono 'Retrospective' 1982 Pressing -Unique black and yellow label from 1982 in Mono *NEAR MINT!*.
On offer here is a very rare reissue from 1982 on the parlophone label 'Rubber Soul', much is seen of the standard black and white reissues of the 70s and 80s of this album in stereo, however in 1982 for a short time EMI released the Beatles catalogue of albums in a retrospective format, not only through bearing a black and yellow parlophone label to match those famous 60s style ones, but also released in mono, where as previously ALL reissues of this album had been released in stereo. This particular release is the rarest reissue by far, and is actually considerably rarer than the originals. This one too is in outstanding unplayed condition.

Condition:
Outer Sleeve: A very nice clean solid copy showing barely any age wear, perhaps only just some very slight minor shelf wear showing to the spine corners, but otherwise truely immaculate and very well looked after. Near Mint Minus.
Side One/ Side Two: Both sides are super clean showing no signs of play just maybe the odd lightest possible scuff mark to both sides. Otherwise outstanding looking new. Excellent Plus- Near mint for the visual, with the audio too being near faultless, perhaps the best way to listen to this mono mix on contemporary systems, Near Mint.
Labels: looking completely unused without even a single spindle marking to be seen. Mint.
