Description

For sale: The Beatles – Rarities (U.S. promo/advance pressing)
• Label & pressing details: Manufactured by Capitol Records, Inc., a subsidiary of Capitol Industries–EMI, Inc., U.S.A. Label is brown/bronze in color. Run-outs read SPRO-1-8969 F1 / other side as appropriate, and engraved in the inner ring “Mastered by Capitol – Wally” (i.e., Wally Traugott).
• Sleeve: Glossy dark blue cover (promo/advance version, no outer gatefold jacket).
• Condition: Record is in Excellent condition (please review the photos for surface, label, and run-out clarity). Cover is in good condition (minimal wear, no major splits, corners in good shape) — still has good rigidity and cover print is sharp.
• Notes: This is a U.S. promotional/advance pressing rather than the standard retail SHAL-12060. The run-outs and mastering engineer engraving are key identifiers for serious collectors.
• Shipping & packaging: Will be shipped in a rigid LP mailer with bubble wrap to ensure safe transit. Insurance will be included for full listing value. Signature required for packages over $200.
