Description

Please take a look at my site for other great and rare records.

The Beatles - Revolver LP 1966 (Mono).

Very rare 1st press 'withdrawn' version of this popular 'Beatles' record. This has the only know version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' all later versions have a different mix for this song, and as far as I'm aware hasn't been officially released on any other format. Has 'The Gramophone Co' and 'Sold In The UK' text, as well as the K.T. Tax code stampers on the label on side one.

Parlophone Records: PMC 7009

Matrix: Side 1   XEX 605-2

            Side 2   XEX 606-1

UK Issue

Vinyl is in 'very good' condition, has obviously been played a number of times, and has a few very light marks on both sides, these can only be seen under a very strong light, thankfully there are no heavy scratches, and on my system plays great all the way through.

The cover is in 'very good/excellent' condition, only some light general usage marks around the corners and edges, but in generally nice condition.

Labels are also in 'great' condition, apart from side one which has the name 'John Clarke' written in what looks like light white paint, (please see photo 4). I'm sure this can be removed with the right gear.

'Not mint' but still a very nice version of this very, very collectable record.

Please E-Mail me through Ebay if you require any more info on this item.

P/P To the UK is £2.90

£5.50 for Europe and Russia.

£9.00 for U.S.A and for the Rest of the World

Add £1.50 each for additional Lps, for the UK

and £2.00 each for additional LPs for the rest of the world.

This is up to 4 Lps (Doubles count as two) The fifth Lp will be charged at the full price. This is because it is getting very expensive to send heavy items.

All prices are standard air mail,if you require 'tracked' and 'signed for' this will be an extra £5.00 per LP record.

Please note: I require payment within 7 days,(unless you let me know) otherwise I will re-list the item.

Foreign buyers please note, that if an item fails to arrive, you must give it 3 to 4 weeks, as it can take an age to get to some country's. Also if an item fails to arrive after this length of time, then I will give a full refund for the cost of the item, but 'I WILL NOT PAY THE POSTAGE' as this is not my fault. Please be aware of this before you bid. (Unfortunatley for the good buyers, I have had to many things mysteriously going missing !!!) This does not affect British and Irish customers. Thank You

In the unlikley event you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me first, before you leave feedback, I 'WILL' sort it out for you.

I try to be as accurate as possible with my grading of the records, based on the guide in the Record Collector magazine, but occasionally peoples perception of a record are very different. In this case if the record is far removed from the discription I put, then I will give a full refund.

In other words if I haven't put 'Mint' or 'Excellent' then it isn't.!!!

Grading:

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition

Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.

Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deteriation in sound quality, despite slight surface marks andthe occasional light scratch.

Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor/Bad : Forget it!!!!!

Happy Bidding,

Bryan
