Description

Revolver an original pressing from 1966 on the UK Parlophone label. Matrix -2/-2. Record label states 'DR.Robert' indicating an early pressing from 1966 as later copies hold the expanded text 'DOCTOR'. Also an interesting anomaly on this pressing is that the font used on the record labels differs from Side 1 to Side 2. The record comes housed in its original Garrod and Lofthouse cover.
Cover (Ex-) Remains in fantastic condition. The front is pretty much free from fading and the rear only suffers some very light wear. The cover has retained its rigidity well and the spine is 100% intact.
Vinyl (VG) Has been well cared for and still retains much of its original luster. Under close inspection I can see nothing more than a couple of very light marks. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a   VERY GOOD+ level of playback. The audio comes across well, but there is some light static crackle evident in a number of the quieter sections. That being said it never really gets in the way of the music and this still represents a great rendition of this classic album.
