Description
This is a really nice copy of a very early pressing of the MONO version of the 1965 Capitol Records release, T 2442. Label is first issue black Capitol label with rainbow colorband, no subsidiary rimprint, and with the individual Beatles names but NOT "The Beatles" above the spindle hole. Cover is in G+ to VG- condition showing light to moderate surface and ringwear, beginnings of seam splits, a sticker and prior owner name on the back in a protective plastic sleeve. Vinyl is in VG condition showing light surface wear and playing very nicely throughout with just light and occasional surface noise (despite some surface scuffing, side 1 has very little surface noise, side 2 has a little bit of very light clicking in spots) in a protective anti-static sleeve. Matrix is T1-2442-F-9 on side 1 and ST2-2442-F-13 on side 2. Both sides also have the Los Angeles pressing plant starburst in the run out.
