Description
"Rubber Soul" PMC 1267 (1965)
Matrix numbers and Stamper Code info:
- Side 1 : XEX 579-4, 7/GOD
- Side 2 : XEX 580-1, 3/LR (there is an "C" above the "3" and a "6" below it)
Cover : EX+
- there are only a few light laminate creases ... much less than average for an original 1965 cover.
- no ringwear
- the back is nice and white with no stains, discolouration, or writing. There is no damage to the flipbacks.
- the spine is clearly readable and perfect. There are no seam splits, but the top seam has frayed slightly in the centre. The bottom seam is flawless.
Record : NM- / EX+
- Side 1 looks super clean with only a few super light surface marks (which are only visible under a direct light). Side 2 is almost as nice with a few more surface marks than Side 1.
- record appears to have only been played a few times. It retains virtually all of it's original shine.
- the labels have no writing or stickers. Neither side has any wear by the spindle hole. When held into a light, a few light spindle marks are visible.

Special info : This is an original pressing from 1965. Side 2 contains the rare -1 matrix number ("Loud Cut" version), whereas Side 1 has the standard -4 matrix number. It also has the standard "KT" tax code embossed on the Side 1 label. Cover is printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Comes with the original "Use Emitex" polylined inner sleeve.
