Description
This is a Mono version of The Beatles Rubber Soul mixed in Mono. Pressed in Japan on virgin clear red vinyl. All of the Beatles' albums (with the exception of Let It Be and Abbey Road) were originally mixed in both Mono and Stereo back in the 60's. This record was part of a set issued in Japan on Red Vinyl in 1982 with a limited run of 10,000 copies for each title. I bought this title back in 1983. This record has only been played 3, maybe 4 times. Once to listen, once to record to tape (remember tape?), and finally, once to record to WAV format on my computer. The only flaw in this item is a bend in the upper right-hand side of the outer cover (by Paul's head). This bend occurred during original shipping to me back in the early 80's. Other than that the record cover is in excellent condition. The record is in MINT condition with no scratches or signs of wear. The record comes in a protective satin plastic inner sleeve. This record also includes the original lyric sheet (in Japanese & English) as well as a fully intact paper band on the outside cover. This record has been well preserved in my personal collection all these years with a protective outer plastic cover. PayPal orders only.
