Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Beatles – Rubber Soul – Original UK MONO Vinyl LP album 1965.
Original 1965 pressing. This is the "LOUD CUT" version with the Ernest J Day sleeve.
MONO
Matrix: Side 1 - XEX 579-1 L H
Side 2 - XEX 580-1 LL 3
Has the "K T" Tax code embossed onto the centre label on side 1.

Vinyl Condition: VG (Record is in very nice condition especially for its age. There are some very light sleeve lines and the odd very light surface mark very nice overall condition. The record plays very well with good sound. No sticks or jumps. Some minor crackle in places but overall nice sound).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Original inner sleeve has a split to the bottom but is otherwise ok).
Outer Sleeve Condition: EX (Front laminated flip-back sleeve is in lovely condition with just the odd light crease in places. Really beautilful condition. Even the back is still a lovely white colour. Will be hard to find a better one. This is the Ernest J Day Sleeve).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
