FOR SALE ... The Beatles, Rubber Soul, original 1965 1st pressing, mono version ... the rare 'loud cut' issue (which was replaced, after a few weeks, because the bass was mixed too loudly - it reportedly made record needles skip!). It therefore has the matrix numbers 579 - 1 (side 1) and 580 - 1 (side 2). THE RECORD is in OK condition ... a few hairline marks here and there (both sides) and some marks on the side 1 label (pictured). However, it played absolutely fine on my machine. THE COVER is in decent condition ... a bit of wear and tear, but fine for its age (although there is also someone's name/address written on the back (pictured). The emitex inner sleeve is a split all the way up one side. I would recommend this as a decent version of a rare record... not perfect but still rare and a true 1st press.
