Description

  • Up for sale is this factory pre-recorded 4 track stereo reel to reel tape of "Rubber Soul/ The Beatles' Second Album" released in 1966 in The United States. The tape plays at 3 3/4 IPS and sounds great & complete with no drop outs on my Akai player with plenty of leader tape on both sides. This is the best way to listen to the original analogue stereo mixes from Capitol. The vocals sound amazing & there is great stereo separation. Many Americans think this U.S. line-up on "Rubber Soul" is better than the U.K. version because the album has more of a folk feel. The "Second Album" sounds different with all the reverb added. The reel box is in near mint- condition with no corner splits & just a bit of edge wear. The factory reel & label are also in near mint- condition. Thanks Frank
