Tracklisting on labels in a sans serif typeface.
'Printed and made by 'Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd.' Flipback cover. Black & yellow Parlophone labels with silver "Sans Serif" text. Label perimeter text starts with 'THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD' & ends with 'COPYING OF THIS RECORD PROHIBITED'.

The sleeve is in good order, a little laminate lift and creasing on front and a few handling marks on the rear, great spine, no rips/tears - see photos
The inner is very good, has a small side split - is 'use Emitex' 
The labels and vinyl have lots of faint marks from past use  - hairlines which are barely visible , nothing deep or prominent, and nothing that has an adverse impact on playback. Just from age and usage.
It plays through very well indeed. Some light crackle in between tracks. Even Michelle sounds really clear though so definitely a great listen.
NB - THE HAZEL YARWOOD 5/5 cut has long been reputed by audiophiles to be the best sounding, definitive, mono cut of Rubber Soul - I quote: "the definitive mono pressing of rubber soul is known as the HAZEL YARWOOD cutting. this was cut after the (-1) and (-4) and it uses (-5 , -5 ) cuttings. but with these being known as the best sounding pressings they can be hard to find and expensive"
I have to add,  listening to this and comparing to a Loud Cut version (1/1 matrices) the difference in sound qaulity is noticeable...
