Background...

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the eighth studio album by the English rock band the Beatles. Released on 26 May 1967,[nb 1] Sgt. Pepper is regarded by musicologists as an early concept album that advanced the roles of sound composition, extended form, psychedelic imagery, record sleeves, and the producer in popular music. The album had an immediate cross-generational impact and was associated with numerous touchstones of the era's youth culture, such as fashion, drugs, mysticism, and a sense of optimism and empowerment. Critics lauded the album for its innovations in songwriting, production and graphic design, for bridging a cultural divide between popular music and high art, and for reflecting the interests of contemporary youth and the counterculture.

The vinyl is STUNNING / EXCELLENT!! It has a superior glossy sheen and sits completely flat with no warping. Fresh clean labels with no writing or loss of paper and great spindle holes! There are a couple of light surface marks but not even really worth mentioning!!

The outer GATEFOLD cover is lovely, has a great sheen still with only minor discolouration/wear to the corners as to be expected for an item of this age. And of course displays the word 'stereo' to the top right corner.

The original dark green 'Peter Blake' cutouts outs are great!

The original red & white 'Fool's Swirl' inner is also fab! Has great colour and the correct patent number - shows only a small split to the left seam.

OVERALL A RIDICULOUSLY RARE FIND IN SUCH STUNNING CONDITION TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL HISTORY COLLECTION!!!

Will package securely and post via signed for delivery.

As an addition I have just noticed there are some small ticks to the back cover.
