Background...

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the eighth studio album by the English rock band the Beatles. Released on 26 May 1967,[nb 1] Sgt. Pepper is regarded by musicologists as an early concept album that advanced the roles of sound composition, extended form, psychedelic imagery, record sleeves, and the producer in popular music. The album had an immediate cross-generational impact and was associated with numerous touchstones of the era's youth culture, such as fashion, drugs, mysticism, and a sense of optimism and empowerment. Critics lauded the album for its innovations in songwriting, production and graphic design, for bridging a cultural divide between popular music and high art, and for reflecting the interests of contemporary youth and the counterculture.

The vinyl is very nice, it has a superior glossy sheen and  sits completely flat with no warping. Lovely clean labels (no writing etc). Side 1 has some wispy hairs, side 2 is EXCELLENT/NR MINT.

The outer GATEFOLD cover is BEAUTIFUL!! Has a gorgeous glossy sheen with no splits or tears - minimal age related wear / film crinkles. Initialling to back but overall EXCELLENT.

Green Peter Blake Cutouts are NEAR MINT as seem to have always been kept within the gatefold.

The polylined Pro inner is great, with no splits or tears, only age related discolouration/dirt.

OVERALL A GREAT PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION!!!

Will package securely and post via signed for delivery.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER LISTINGS.

PLEASE NOTE - I DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE THE MEANS TO TEST PLAY SO VISUAL INTERPRETATION ONLY. THANK YOU.
