GUARANTEED AN ORIGINAL 1969 FINAL ISSUE ON THE BLACK & YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL, COMPLETE, AND A BEAUTIFUL VINYL DISC.
This LP for The Beatles Classic 1967 album release, ‘SGT Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’ is the FINAL UK Black & Yellow Parlophone issue, and dates from early 1969. The next issue of this album featured the newly designed EMI One Box Parlophone Labels, and was released in late 1969.
In 1969 EMI Parlophone released once again The Beatles catalogue of Albums in both mono and stereo formats. This SGT Pepper album is one of those releases.
The Vinyl LP labels have the familiar Black &Yellow Parlophone Labels and Gramophone Co Ltd Label rim, but **WITHOUT** the Sold in UK label statement. The Sold in UK statement was scrapped in July 1969.
Both record labels are in beautiful Mint Minus condition, BRIGHT, CLEAN labels, showing only a couple of light signs of play.
Side 1 matrix markings are the same as the original 1967 release YEX 637-1 and Side 2: YEX 638-1.
Side 1 stampers: 2 GAM and Side 2: 1 GPD
Both sides of the Vinyl disc are of the same heavy quality to that of the original 1967 release, and are also in Mint Minus condition, beautiful clean, bright and glossy well cared for new looking vinyl surfaces.
The album plays throughout all of the tracks without faults.
The LP comes in it’s ORIGINAL E.M.I. printed Inner Bag, which advertises other E.M.I. Albums, including The Beatles SGT Pepper Album, which is in Excellent Plus condition, NO handwriting or tearing, and NO seam splits, just light creasing.
And is housed in its original Issue Laminated Garrod and Lofthouse three flip back mono sleeve.
The Laminated Picture sleeve is in very nice Near Mint condition. The front panel is firm and glossy with mild record storage, and a small laminate bubble on the bottom right corner of the front of the sleeve. The spine edge is FIRM and the wording perfectly readable, the reverse panel of the sleeve is clean and undamaged.
This a very nice example of this rare **Stereo** 1969 UK final Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, for The Beatles Iconic 1967 Album.
