Description
This is a superb First Mono Pressing of "Sgt Pepper" the vinyl is unmarked and plays brilliantly. Clean shiny vinyl with quiet run in's . Matrix numbers Side one XEX 637-1 Side two XEX 638-1
The label is clean and tidy with the correct lettering for a 1st pressing including "The Gramophone Co Ltd" around the bottom rim and "Sold in the UK" across the label.
The Garrod and Lofthouse cover is in excellent condition fully laminated with no rips, tears, writing, or nasty dents or creases. The spine is in tact and readable along with firm corners with very light sign of storage. The famous miss spelt title for "With a little help from our friends " is also evident on the printed lyrics.
The rare psychedelic red inner sleeve is present still in very good condition. Plus the "Cut outs" on dark green background are perfect and unmarked. As an investment or for use this is an outstanding example.

NEAR MINT. virtually unplayed no visible sign of wear.
EXCELLENT. Minor surface wear that shouldn't have any real effect.
VERY GOOD PLUS. Some light surface marks through handling but nothing nasty and plays well.
VERY GOOD. Some surface wear might crackle certainly on quiet passages or the intro.
GOOD. Lot of visible surface wear but if the record is a loud song might still reproduce the record quite well.
FAIR. Very poor quality and appearance but might still play through without sticking or other defect
