Description

(This week, I will be selling some of my sealed Beatles albums.  Good luck, and enjoy!)

The Beatles’ Second Album Still Sealed LP EARLY PRESSING RIAA 6

The Seal---100% complete with no tears or splits.  There are four breathe holes on the front.  Minor dirtwear.

RIAA---6

Cover---Has slight cracking of the bottom seam slick in the center from shelfwear.  Not bad.  Bottom left corner has a push-in.

As with any sealed album, I would not by any means, guarantee which pressing is inside.  The only way to do that is to open it, which you can do if you want, but I sure won’t.

If I were to venture a guess, I would say that if this isn’t a first pressing, it’s darned near.  Certainly an early pressing.  Besides the RIAA being consistent with early to mid-60’s pressings, there is also no mention on the back cover bottom, of the Jacksonville plant, which went online in 1965.  Additionally, from what little I can see through the shrinkwrap at the mouth, the inner sleeve isn’t showing as white.  (Capitol started using white inner sleeves around 1968 or 1969.)  White inner sleeves are clearly seen through shrinkwrap.

If you plan to bid, please read this first…

For the second time in two weeks, I’ve had a very high bid cancelled on my auctions. A third buyer who won her auction told me she was going to withhold payment for two days while she decided whether she wanted the LP.  All of these LP’s were in the triple digits. Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay?

Thanks!

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl.  However, I am happy to by request.  As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)

Check out my other auctions for more hard-to-find vinyl!

Shipping is $4.00 for Media Mail for up to 3 single or double albums, excluding boxed sets within the U.S.  $4.00 covers shipping for up to 5 singles within the U.S.

Winners in all other countries will be charged actual shipping to their locations, so please wait to be invoiced.  You will be quoted for the cheapest shipping to your country that the US post office can afford me.  Please let me know if you would prefer to pay for a faster means of shipping, but do NOT ask me to declare packages as gifts, or any other means of defrauding the postal services.  Much appreciated.

I ship on Mondays and Thursdays.  This means that immediate payments will be shipped out the following morning, and later payments must wait until the first available Monday or Thursday after payment is received.  Please pay within 7 days of the auction ending.  I do leave negative feedback for non-payers.

Money back guarantee if you're not happy with your purchase.
