Description
Decent playing copy of The Beatles groundbreaking 1967 classic Sgt Pepper. This is the UK mono 1st pressing with -1/-1 matrices.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in solid VG+ condition with just a worn spine and some corner wear and the only notable flaws.
The vinyl plays through without any jumps or sticks - there are plenty of hairlines – but overall it's a really good listening experience. It's extraordinary that these 60s Parlophone pressings play so well – visually it's Good+ to VG, but the audio is VG+ to EX.
The black and yellow labels grade Excellent with no notable wear.
The EMI company inner is in Good + order with a couple of seam splits, so the vinyl comes housed in a new white inner sleeve.
Overall a really good listening copy and a genuine UK Ist mono pressing.
