Original 1967 UK MONO first‑press matrices – PMC 7027
Black/Yellow Parlophone labels
Matrices: XEX 637‑1 / XEX 638‑1
This is a highly desirable 1967 UK mono analogue first‑press configuration, complete with:
- Original red & white “Fool” psychedelic inner sleeve
- Original cut‑out sheet (intact)
- Laminated gatefold sleeve (Garrod & Lofthouse)
Sleeve Condition: see photo VG IMO
- Fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold
- Strong colour and gloss
- Spine text fully readable
- Light shelf wear only (slight scuff mark on back - see photo)
- No writing or major defects
A very solid, presentable example of this fragile sleeve.
Vinyl Condition: see photo - G IMO (Visual Grade)
- Both sides retain clean gloss
- Light hairlines and sleeve scuffs visible under angled light
