Description

Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Sgt Pepper' 1969 RARE NO SIUK STEREO vinyl LP!
This particular pressing is the last UK Yellow Parlophone stereo pressing for Sgt Pepper, released in 1969 for a short time before they switched to the black Parlophone/EMI labels. 'NO SIUK' refers to 'No Sold in UK', as this usual statement was removed before the introduction of the black EMI labels. DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Artist: The Beatles
Title: Sgt Pepper
Catalogue Number: PCS 7027
Year: 1967
Number of Tracks: 13
Matrix Numbers: -1  -1
Mother Stampers: 2GOH  4GOT

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - beautiful gloss and shine! Easily rates as EXCELLENT! It's been played but looked after really well. A few hairline scratches but nothing deep, a real treat! Label is VERY GOOD+ with spindlewear.                       Side 2 - same as Side 1! A great example.
Audio: I have played the first 2 tracks on Side 1 and Side 2 ONLY! There is some light crackle on the run-in but this is to be expected. It is punchy, crisp and has lots of clarity and a nice rich bass! A great example, easily grades EXCELLENT. Give it a clean and it'll sound even better! I'm a huge Beatles fan and this was an incredible listen.

Cut-Out: The original Sgt Pepper cut out insert is in VERY GOOD+ condition. A few marks and discolouration with light edgewear. A good, INTACT example.

Sleeve: The original 1969 STEREO gatefold sleeve is currently rated as VERY GOOD! The front of the sleeve has a lovely gloss and shine but it does have some light ringwear and light laminate creasing. Slight discolouration but overall very clean and free from writing! The flipbacks are held down tightly and the inside gatefold looks excellent with some laminate creasing. There is a very small split along the top edge where the record is housed, about 1.5". The spine has been pinched and is about 90% readable, fully intact. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!

DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

As with all the vintage records I sell, I advise a deep clean to enhance the sound quality of the record. Overall, a RARE late sixties Beatles record that everyone should own!
