The Beatles Sgt. Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band Parolphone Records 1967 first UK mono pressing 637 1/ 638 1 with K T tax stamp on side one label.
What else can be said that hasn't been said about this album that brooke all the rules and has and still does inspire musicians all over the world to this day.
There's a term used with books that should be read for students "mandatory/required reading", that term couldn't be more useful here for Sgt. Pepper,it's a brilliant masterpiece and I and many others think….The best record ever made and should be a mediatory/required album to have in ones record collection…And yes the mono version,it's the way that The Beatles heard it as they recorded it and how they heard it when it was being mixed for release.
This record grades VG+++, there are some light marks on both sides,nothing that impedes the brilliant sound of this magnificent album.
This fabulous groundbreaking gatefold flip back record cover grades an easy Excellent- it does have some trivial wear, nothing earth shattering and is a keeper.
Contains the original cut out insert in Excellent condition and the original flame inner sleeve.
I've been collecting records for over 52 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
