Here for sale is one of the best sounding stereo Lp vinyl records of The Beatles “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” that was ever pressed in the world. This the early 1980’s Germany pressing that was recut with newly purchased lathe that year from the original stereo analogue mixes. The record is in near mint condition, only been played a few times on audiophile equipment. I play tested this album today on my Thornes td 320 turntable and the record plays amazing with great bass, detail & a dynamic high end. You can hear the ‘Ringo chair squeak’ on the last huge piano cord on ‘A Day In The Life’ and the runout groove even has the U.K. gibberish on the end. The record is 137 grams in weight. A couple of Youtube audiophile experts say this pressing ranks up there with the 1982 UHQR stereo Lp pressing. The matrix # in the deadwax is side 1 ‘01477-A1’ on side 2 ‘04177-B1’ on side 2. The gatefold cover is in excellent condition with light storage wear. This Lp will be double boxed for protection through shipment. Thanks Frank Frank
