Description

This record comes from a personal collection. Most of these albums were bought new and were really well taken care of, so they're in great playing condition. Some of them even came from a local radio station that used to play them on the air.

Up for sale is a fantastic 1978 US promotional copy of The Beatles' masterpiece, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. This is the purple-label Capitol pressing (SMAS-2653) sent to radio stations and reviewers, identified by the gold foil "PROPERTY OF CAPITOL RECORDS, INC." stamp on the front cover.

This is a complete, collector-grade package. It includes the pristine, uncut Sgt. Pepper cut-outs insert and features the beautiful gatefold cover.
