Description
A lovely copy of the rare 1969 Stereo Parlophone 1 box UK pressing of Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles. It is in lovely condition and comes with the original promotional APPLE POSTER. The poster itself is very scarce and sought after and was only inserted in certain UK Apple/Parlophone pressings around this time. Also included are the original cut-outs. The inner sleeve, cut outs and poster are all original as included with this pressing on purchase.
The record is very strictly graded in lovely shiny EX condition with just a very few light wispy marks visible under strong light – plays and sounds great apart from a small mark at the very beginning of Side 1 that causes a few clicks. The matrix numbers are Side 1: YEX 637-1 and Side 2: YEX 638-1. Mothers and stampers are Side 1: GHL 3 and Side 2: GLM 4.
The original Stereo cover is in superb EX condition. The cut outs and the Apple poster are in especially lovely condition and look as new. The original white inner sleeve is in VG condition. I will be listing many more rare Beatles items in the coming weeks.
