This is a seldom seen Sgt. Pepper's LHCB Capitol album, MAS-2653 housed in the super scarce "All Rights " MacLen / "NEMS" gate fold cover!   This is a West Coast #6, L.A. pressing plant issue! 
This example was issued in late 1968.

 Starting in 1967 and ending in 1968 all U.S. record companies had stopped issuing Mono records in favor of the increasingly popular Stereo examples. This fact makes this '68 Pepper's issue that much more collectible!

This cover has both the MACLEN MUSIC INC. and NEMS ENTERPRISES LIMITED copyright print on the back cover! These particular covers are rarely seen!!

The surfaces grade at VG with scuffs and superficial scratches.
