Description
This listing is for my lovely 1st pressing of The Beatles - Sgt.Pepper's lonely hearts club band. 1967 Parlaphone release, yellow label. Gatefold sleeve complete with red wavy vinyl inner sleeve and also the original complete mint condition cutout car pullout. Sleeve is in lovely condition overall, has one crease in rear corner which I have photographed so can be seen in the images above. Other than that it's in lovely condition all round with both inner sleeves in mint/near mint condition.
Vinyl plays back lovely, the odd minor pop and usual crackle expected for a record of this age. I've owned it for over 10 years having bought it from the now closed reddingtons rare records in Birmingham. I listened to it before listing this and I love the sound, very natural and classic of this age of record. I feel, nothing deters from the quality of playback drastically and find it to be a very enjoyable listen of an absolutely classic Beatles album.
All label details and Parlaphone numbers printed and etched into the vinyl show it's a 1st pressing, photos of the labels to verify numbers for yourself also :-)
