The Beatles Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band
The classic, iconic LP in MONO is an original 1967 UK pressing, PMC 7027 with KT embossed on side 2 label. It has the cut out insert, plus its original white inner bag, complete and intact.
VINYL: Visual VG+. A few minor surface markings and scratches, and less than average spindle markings on the label. AUDIO, plays as excellent. Clear, loud, MONO sound from 1967. A few minor clicks here and there only.
INNER SLEEVE: The most common inner on Pepper LPs was this one, plain white with ‘patents applied for’ and ‘Made in Great Britain’ on the bottom. This is a lovely one with no marks or tears/rips.
CUT OUT: excellent and intact in the first pressing darker green. ‘Margaret’ has written her name faintly on the card on the back, which is a minor flaw as the front is clean and clear.
COVER: The first pressing mono cover with the double flipbacks at the top of the gatefold is a VG+ to excellent example. Just some slight corner wear and laminate creasing. It’s a nice, clean cover with a clear spine, with all text visible.
A solid, very respectable copy of the 1967 UK mono Pepper.
