Description: Still a very early copy of The Beatles most famous album, this beautiful copy of a stereo second pressing is pressed on the Black and Yellow Parlophone label, this edition omitting the first pressing 'Sold in UK' statements to both labels, certainly far more scarce than the first pressing, as it was released at a time when demand for this album was falling so far less were being produced. Complete with intact 'cut-out' sheet along with sepia EMI advertising inner.

Condition; 

Disc: Excellent: A very clean well maintained copy that only bears some light hairlines when viewed under bright light, the play is also as superb as the visual crisp and clean sharp audio with just te occasional areas of soft background in the quieter areas.

Sleeve: Excellent: A lovely example of this 1969 manufactured flipback Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold sleeve, very clean and crisp front/ back panels with no laminate lifting, the only slight faults being some very gentle squashing to the spine along with some extremly light edge wear to the Openings.

Labels: Excellent Plus: Two very clean vibrant labels which exhibit just a few tiny spindle trails to both sides.

Cut-Out Sheet: Excellent

Inner: Excellent Minus: Some age related discolouration however no other serious problems.

All records are graded to the highest and most strict standards in accordance with the guide set by the UK Record Collectors Guide. Close examination under a bright desk top lamp is used in the grading of vinyl playing surface as well as normal daylight.

Record Gradings

Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be mint.

Excellent (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc

Fair (F)
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P)
The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
