The Beatles - Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band 1967 Early 1st press UK with WIDE SPINE sleeve

VINYL: In good condition and plays well, no jumps or bad scratches, there are some minor surface scratches but does not affect play quality
INNER SLEEVE: In good condition, no tears or wear, some discolouration.
ORIGINAL CUT OUT: In mint condition, no bending or marks
OUTER COVER-(SLEEVE) In good condition, some wear on the corners but over all very good. The wording on the spine has some wear but is clearly readable. As shown in photos, the inside of the cover has some numbers and words printed on it. I've looked on other listings but can't find any other cover with these on. They are, AR D1321? on one side and Fouth Proof on the other.
I've tried to give as accurate description as possible and took photos to show condition.
