Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Beatles - Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - Original Vinyl LP album 1967
Original UK Pressing.
MONO
XEX 637-1 XEX 638-1
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO cut-out or wavy inner. Those are MISSING!!!!!!!
Vinyl Condition: Fair/Good (A lot of light mostly superficial surface marks and lines. Some minor scratches in places but nothing nasty. There is audible surface crackle througout and some clicks and pops in parts but no sticks or jumps. Reasonable audio. This is a lot better than the usual ones you see. The centre label on side 1 has a small surface tear. Overall the record plays well. There is audible crackle throughout but is enjoyable and is better than a lot of copies out there).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Original inner is missing. I have included a new polylined inner.
Outer Sleeve Condition: Fair (Spine is heavily worn and there is wear to the text. Spine has some wear to the corners and fraying. There is some fraying int he middle and some discolouration. Laminated sleeve has some creases and corner wear but generally is decent).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
Cheers and happy bidding.
