Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Beatles – Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band – Vinyl LP album 1967.
Original UK First Pressing.
MONO
Includes Cut-Out sheet which is in lovely condition.
Matrix: Side 1 - XEX 637-1
Side 2 - XEX 638-1
Wide Spine
PLEASE NOTE: Does NOT have the red wavy inner.

Vinyl Condition: G (Record has a lot of light surface marks, light scuffs and light scratches but is decent and plays very well. There is some crackle, more so at the start of each side but clears up. Nothing major or awful though. There is the odd minor click and pop but no sticks or jumps. Overall record has a lot of visible light surface scuff marks but plays very well and is a pleasure to listen to).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Plain white replacement inner only. Sadly the red wavy inner is MISSING on this one. NO WAVY INNER).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G/VG (Fully laminated gatefold sleeve has the wide-spine. There is a slight knock to the bottom of the spine and a small tear to the opening edge which is not major. Some light edge creasing and small lifting of the laminate in a few places but nothing major. Overall a very nice sleeve ).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
