First Mono Pressing 
Vinyl has seen better days as has the sleeve. I've played over the scratches and haven't had any skips on my player, so would grade it Fair/Good condition at a connservative estimate.
Sleeve is tatty but theres no tape holding it together just a lot of shelf wear. No inner sleeve, just a plain white one.
