Up for sale is a first UK mono pressing of one of the most iconic albums, ever. Please note this is an uncommon pressing variation that has the famous "SOLD IN.U.K." error that lots of EMI LPs displayed over the mid-late '60s
Selling as I have a better copy
Vinyl - No higher than VG - Please see photo 4 for a general idea of how the record surfaces look. There's a fair amount of sleeve removal marks, scuffs and scratching. When I originally received this record it was stored in damp conditions and needed deep cleaning, I was able to clean it up now to a point where it's nicely playable again without skips or jumps, just some surface noise in the quiter segments and some pops / clicks caused by some of the scratches that are on the disc. Despite all of it's flaws it's still quite a competent copy and a great listen when summed to mono! These '60s vinyl grooves just seem to be indestructible sometimes
Cover - VG - It's held up quite nicely, with general age related wear and some very slight waviness on the openings. No tape on it, and as far as I'm aware no writing either. Quite nice, but there's definitely a lot better out there.
Unfortunately, no red fool inner sleeve but there is a generic EMI replacement included, and the original cutouts sheet is intact too, with only some very slight wear to it.
