We have played the record through in its entirety several times utilising an amplifier that has a mono function on it.

The vinyl is nice and shiny and clean. The audio is very very strong and clear. The sound does shred a little during "She's Leaving Home" a little towards the end the of the track, but I don't think we've ever had an original mono pressing that doesn't do that. It's nothing to do with the vinyl, it's the pressing.

Visually there are a few what we would call light needle drags but absolutely nothing that affects play. It's an all round really nice and well looked after copy and it has its original KT tax code stamp embossed to the centre label.

We use the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide to grade records and so in this respect the vinyl is graded as Very Good Plus condition. I appreciate that this is not an official Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide grading but it falls but Very Good & Excellent. It's much better than Very Good, but If we described it as Excellent condition then there could be tears.

The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is fully intact and in Very Good Condition. The only defect really is some slight wear to the laminate on the spine.

The original thick card cut-out is in Near Mint condition

The inner sleeve, designed by "The Fool" has a very small split to one slide and some other minor wear only and is in Very Good condition
