THE BEATLES

SOMETHING NEW

Ultra-Rare 1969 UK Export 2nd Pressing of this 1965 release . This was produced for the U.S military based in Europé as well as skandinavian countries  !

Intially released in 1965 on the yellow parlophone label , this 2nd pressing is considered the hardest to find due to it's short sale duration between the yellow parlophone and the 2 box , 3rd pressing , hence the reason it's the hardest to find !  ( apart from the 1st press with sold in the uk ) Good luck with that one :-)

PARLOPHONE - CPCS 101  Stereo

YEEX  7-B12   ( 1A  )   /       YEEX  8 - B12  ( 1R )

COVER

This is the correct & earliest issued laminated front -flipbacked Garrod & Lofthouse cover, as used for the intial 1st presses ! Nice clean example with no major faults. The laminate is still very shiny and only has a couple of  tiny stress creases mainly around the edges and 2 tiny bubbles, one in the top left corner /spine and one on the lower right corner which also has a tiny bit of wear to it and one half moon towards the opening edge . The rear panel is still clean and white and the folds all intact with no faults , the spine is very solid with full readable text and no splits etc . Overall a very presentable example of this genuine earliest issued cover  !  ( see-pics )  EXCELLENT MINUS  CONDITION

VINYL

Both sides still retain a deep glossy shine with clean playing surfaces , looks very nice. Even upon closer inspection under bright lighting, nothing more visible than some super fine wispy paper sleeve removal lines and just a couple of faint hairlines , no scratches or blemishes ! All tracks play through very well with no major distractions and just the odd pop or click can be heard through the quieter passes., Other than these minor points , it's a very nice example of this Rare Export 2nd Pressing  which was produced in tiny quantities at the end of 69 through 1970 ! Which looks and sounds way above the average offered condition.   ( see-pics ) visualy and audibly  EXCELLENT MINUS   /  EXCELLENT CONDITION

LABELS

Both labels are in clean shape with no stickers, lifting or writing present and just a couple of faint spindle traces to fault ! otherwise both are in clean and bright condition  ( see -pics ) EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION

INNER

Complete with the correct issued EMI advertising inner , again in super clean condition ( see-pics ) .

NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE 1969 UK EXPORT  2nd  PRESSING !
