Description
The Beatles - Songs, Pictures And Stories Of The Fabulous Beatles (VJ 1092). Original 1964 mono pressing on the all-black Vee-Jay label. This album used the same record from the earlier Introducing The Beatles album without even changing the label on the title. Record matrix reads 63-3402 on Side 1 and 63-3403. This is an authentic pressing as identified by Frank Daniels; the only label variation that doesn't include pressing plant information in the matrix. Record is in G+ condition with many scratches and scuffs but none that can be felt. Labels have many spindle marks and initials written on Side 2. Cover is in F with numerous names and other writing on the cover, back and inside the gatefold. There is some transparent tape and other residue on the back cover, the top seam has a 6" split and there is a price sticker on the front. Includes a new plain white inner sleeve.
