Description
This auction is for an LP by The Beatles, self-titled “The Beatles”.
It was put out on Apple Records in 1968, as # SWBO-101 as a double album.
It is known as The Beatles “White Album”, where the individual albums received serial #’s displayed beneath the THE BEATLES raised logo.
It came with a poster (photo collage on one side, the song listing with verses on the back) and four photos of the individual Beatles.This particular album is numbered A 3002698 .
The album cover is now a faded white, with a tiny ink mark or two and some light ring wear.
Some very faint edge wear…very faint.
The photo’s give you an idea of the condition.
All in all…very presentable.
The poster is excellent-minus (some tears along fold) plus the 4 photos are excellent.
The vinyl rates out as excellent-minus. Very light playtime over the past 46 years.

SWBO 4-101-J41 2
The only “flaws” would be a small “checked ink marks” on the inner cover near song listings, and some very short (3/4”) splitting on cover edge.
Other than that…this is one nice double LP for the collector.
