Description
Hello and welcome to my auction for this fantastic Beatles White album (Top loader) Mono
The vinyl:
The album has been fully play tested and is free from jumps and sticks.
Disc one : plays through beautifully with some crackle on run in grooves and in between tracks and is most noticeable on quieter songs and is not at all offensive the vinyl is still nice and glossy and looks good And shows the usual fine marks under bright light nothing deep.
Disc Two: plays through without skips and sticks and also plays with some crackle on run in grooves and between tracks and is most noticeable on quieter parts
Disc two also has a small mark that you can feel that causes a noticeable tick on the first 18 seconds of Mother natures son the rest of disc two plays fine and this is the only issue apart from the small mark vinyl shows only light marks and hair lines under bright light, but as with all records this age some wear and tear is to be expected
Next year this album will be 50 years old and copy's are becoming more and more sort after especially early mono top loaders
Being a early pressing it's a top loader and is numbered this on being number #0240698
The print of the number is still strong and readable this can easily wear off overtime but this one looks great.
The cover
This is the correct mono cover.
The cover is in great condition and has like all white albums turned a nice yellow /cream colour with age
Free from seam splits and tears
Free from writing
All in all good condition with some creasing to the laminate consistent with ages see picture
Unfortunately the pictures and posters have long gone but this isn't a big problem as replacement's can be purchased from eBay.
The vinyl has been cleaned and placed in new anti static sleeves
One of the original black inner sleeve's is present but not in great shape and will be included.
Priced to sell putting this original on buy it now for £45.00 or best offer
