This copy of The White Album was sold to me at an auction as the 1978 French Pressing it mostly is. Upon receiving it, I discovered that Disc 1 was a period-correct, but geographically-incorrect US Capitol pressing instead of the Apple Records pressing that should have been included. The jacket is correct, the colour of the vinyl is correct, the label of Disc 2 is correct, but Disc 1 doesn't quite belong. And because it's just not right, it doesn't belong in my collection either. I'm a stickler like that.
But hey, it's still The White Album! And it's on white vinyl! Still awesome.
Both discs look great. The cover has some wear but it overall very good. There is a split to the top of the left side of the gatefold.
The original fold-out poster is included but no portraits.
